CouchPotatoPlayer is offered by a private individual free of charge, without in-app purchases, advertising, or developer subscriptions. The app is a player only. It does not contain, provide, sell, broker, or recommend channels, movies, series, playlists, provider access, or subscriptions. Users add their own legally obtained sources.

DSA self-assessment: non-trader. Based on the current facts, this is a private, non-commercial hobby offering with no revenue, advertising, sponsorship, in-app purchases, subscriptions, or brokerage. This self-assessment is not a determination by a court or authority. It is reviewed before every release and whenever funding, business use, or commercialisation intent changes.

Consumer dispute resolution
